I have an XW 8548 inverter. After 3 years of operation, suddenly does not display any more battery related data. Got an error cannot find information for the selected date, please try to select another date. No matter what date I select, the same error info. Tried to reboot, update SW (I already had the latest) both on inverter and Insight Local. Checked the External contactor settings, already OFF. If any ideas, pls help
