Hello,

When using VD on Internet Explorer (via Edge, following the procedure), the control is very slow and the screen freeze within a few second after login. I have to log again on a irregular basis. Sometimes I can click on two on three items before it freezes, sometimes it freezes instantly...

Do you have any suggestion to use VD normally and have a stable link with our equipment?

NB: i'm using Windows 10, and take control through Etic M2Me soft.
