Hi everyone,

i'm actually trying to get the authorisation code to register my vijéo designer on my pc, but this pc doesn't have a internet connection so i choose the "get the code on another pc" method.

I can't have it on the other pc because it's says that "We are sorry, but we are unable to locate in our files your product reference : VJDSNDTGSV62M nor the serial number: 21233205174. Please check that you have entered your serial number correctly."

Is there a little bit of time until they could locate in their files my product reference, or anything else to do ?
