It will be refreshed only when the "interval for complete refresh of objects" (60Mins) of "communication Times" arrives.
How can the above problems be solved? Make the Sigma Graphics interface change as the value changes
I have set the following settings to the lowest value:
System setup > controller items > communication times > main network:
Interval for server and controller handshaking (minutes = 5)
interval for complete refresh of object (minutes = 60)
Object Tolerance: 0.05 (for Tempeature)

You firstly need to understand the event based mechanism that Sigma uses for graphics. In short when a graphic is opened a list of all of the points(objects) that are to be displayed on the graphic are sent to the OSN(S) this is called a PIT(Points of Interest to the Terminal) list, this list also contains information about how much a value must change by before the OSN updates the graphic(tolerance). Initially the OSN provides the server the value of all the points requested so that the graphic can be populated, thereafter as values change by more than the tolerance the OSN updates the server, in addition the entire set of values is updated every 2 minutes regardless of change. This list is maintained in the OSN until the graphic is closed and the OSN is notified that these points are no longer required and the PIT list is removed or amended.
The complete refresh interval is a failsafe so that is an OSN is reset and it's PITlist is lost the Server will resubscribe everything at this defined interval.
What you need to look at is if the object is correctly registered in the controller and if updates are being sent.
Right click on the server icon and select Show Requested Objects
This should show you the objects and their status including number of updates
I'd recommend that you start a support case with your local Schneider Electric organisation if this needs to be investigated further.
