TXBN Camera offline in Endura System but pingable and web page accessible on Network .

Hi i have pelco explosion proof (TXBN) Cameras .Now few cameras in pelco utilities has status offline whereas in real these cameras are online and also accessible through web page and SSH. Now if i try to manually change status to online again these cameras will get offline in utilities after some time. Now technical support says its network issue mostly multicasting but every thing seems ok on network side . There are others cameras connected to same switch and working fine .

If anyone has steps to further troubleshoot please do share . I have checked and verified below mentioned :

1) All cameras have latest firmware version 1.9.2.32 ...

2) Multicast traffic seems to be working fine across the network checked and verified through Wireshark .

3) Media Converter working on full duplex and have same settings as of all other cameras.
