Soft Starters of ATS01 series

Dear All,

I want to connect a soft starter of ATS01 series in between a controller and a motor. The arrangement is such that when the controller relay closes an upstream circuit breaker, the motor starts. When the relay opens the breaker, the motor stops. I want my soft starter to start and stop the motor as per the operation of breaker by the relay. No provision of push buttons is to be given. So, will the soft starter automatically perform soft start and soft stop of motor by sensing the incoming current or any sensing mechanism to be provided?

This Altistart 01 soft starter is DIN rail mounted and can feed 3-phase asynchronous motors with a rating up to 22A. This Altistart 01 can be used for a motor rated power up to 5.5kW or 7.5hp for 3-phase (200V to 240V AC).
