Hi @Ahtisham

As I noted if you don't have access to the EcoStruxure Building Operation forum then you should contact your local Schneider Electric representative to request access.

I suggest that you also contact your local Schneider Electric technical support channel to get further assistance with this issue. Contact details for your local region can be found on the support page of the Schneider Electric global website.

Did you ever find a solution to this? We're having similar issues upgrading an ASP's firmware. I've attached the upgrade log from Device Administrator, not sure how to proceed at this point.

Run into the same issue yesterday, so I tried another version first (lower version in my case), then I could get a new empty DB of correct version.

I am using version 1.8. I tried with versions 1.6 and 1.9 but in the details of the progress, the maximum that it advances is to 60 and then it gives an error. Attached details of progress.

What version of EBO?

Is it an AS , and AS-P or and AS-B?

What are the LED showing?

Why was the device DFUed in the first instance, was there an issue?

Hi @CraigEl ,

Version 1.9.1.95

Automation Server

Steady Red then after 3 reset for DFU mode it blinking red and green.

The AS was offline. I do power reset and still won't online. Then I used device administrator to create new database then restore the latest back-up database. but while creating new database for this AS there's an error "New Database Failed".

I have 3 AS same issue. other AS was working properly even creating new database. but these 3 AS won't finish the creating database.

Thank you.

Regards,

Leo
