Hello every one, first of all, i apologize if i posted in the wrong place.
So, lets go, here we have one Smart-UPS RT 10000 XL, in a few days ago we have a problem with our energy, due this problem the batteries were activated and some of them failed. So we chose to change the 64 batteries. Until now, everything ok, but, when we start the no-break the batteries don't charge, at the UPS Network Management Card 2, in UPS status in load information are everythin 0% in battery, when we conect de bateries was something about 40% , but this percentage, never up and now is about 0% don't up more, but if i take a multimeter and measure all pack are with 96~100v. Dont't havy any information in logs, don't havy any fault. I've been searching for a several days, i'm from brazil, loking for here don't found anything. Found some videos in arabe, english talking about calibrate/parameterization, but i'm having a little trouble the procedures, i don't know if it was because i updated the firmware, but my console appears different to what is mentioned in the videos.
So any one have any solution, is something that i'm not doing, is something wrong with the no-break, if i do the calibrate/parameterization, will solve the problem?
