Hi
At one of the site I am using SBO 1.9.4.8002.
I am using Google Chrome version 102.0.5005.115 64bit.
Enterprise Server & Report Server are on different machines having the operating system Windows Server 2012.
if I open SBO report from the workstation, it works very well.
But if I open the same reports through SBO web station it gives the below error.
However same report opens when if I access it through SBO web report.
I face the same issue in Microsoft Edge.
We don't face this issue in the internet explorer 11.
Due to IT policy now we cant use internet explorer.
Please supports

This is something that has been introduced with higher security within browsers. This link might help explain the issue and detail the browser versions affected https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Set-Cookie/SameSite
You can try connecting using HTTP rather than HTTPS, this may be a workable solution for you.
There are some changes that can be made in a configuration file that can assist with this but since you appear to be an end user I don't feel comfortable having you make these changes. Probably best if you contact the Schneider Electric branch or partner that installed the system and have them resolve the issue for you.
It's also worth noting that SBO 1.9 was released in 2017 and it is currently in limited support. Support for this version ceases at the end of 2022 and it would be a good time to discuss upgrade options to ensure continued support and reliable operation.
