SCADAPACK 47X IO COmpatibility
Currently have a customer who is doing a pilot study to replace multiple SCADAPACK 32s with the 47X processors. Their current system utilizes the series 5000 expansion IO, so my question is, is 5000 Series IO, 5103, 5501, etc., compatible with the 47X platform?
47X user manual indicates, "If you are using only 5000 series I/O modules with a SCADAPack x70 device, connect the 5000 series module directly to the SCADAPack using a 20-pin to 16-pin adapter cable (sold separately, see the SCADAPack Part Ordering List manual)." However it's not clear if that refers to this the part #'s I listed or the newer 5414, 5415, 5506, etc.
