Rope Leak not detecting on NetBotz Rack Monitor 450
Hello Team,
Our Rope Leak is not detecting on our appliance Netbotz 450.
Even when I spilled water on the rope it does not detect on the Netbotz Advanced View application. The status of the Rope Leak remains as 'OK' Status.
NB: When we disconnect the Ethernet cable from the Netbotz to the rope, we can alert, stating the rope is disconnected. But it does send any alert when we spill water. Can you suggest a solution for this issue?
