I have a project where I need to declare around 100 devices.

Is there a tool available or do I have to declare every device one by one?

I'm not sur that I meet this kind of function in Power Operation.

But you can use a spreadsheet. I recommend to take a look on the curriculum course Ecostruxure Power Operation: Project Deployment (Digital) - Part 2 available on MLL and go to the chapter 5 you'll find two videos that explain how to use the spreadsheet.
