Power Analyzer Malfunctioning Issue

This is in reference to one of the Power Analysers which was manufactured by Schneider Electric. Details of the particular Power Analyzer are attached herewith.

This Power Analyzer only displays the serial number and the name of the power analyser. We have checked the Analyzer and observed that all the Voltage and Power requirements are at normal conditions.

We are hoping to get an idea from your end on what can be the cause for this kind of malfunction. And we would like to know if there is anything that could be done to make this Power Analyzer properly functional.

Try to reset the meter using the ION setup.

this malfunctioning power analyzer is MP 2200 so can i connect this type power analyzer with ION Setup

Hi,

Yes, you can connect the meter using a serial converter or a Modbus gateway such as link150, egx100, egx300.
