I downloaded the Individual address for Multitouch Pro (MTN6215-5910)and it is done easily.
Afterwhile, I try to download The application but ETS never recognise the device (only this one among the other 12), I try to unload the individual address but it is still never recognized (Although I did click the programming button).
Later on, the device screen converted from ( no config) to (wait bus...) as you see in the picture, also after waiting a while the Red screen appear with Error 0008.
Can anyone help me how to fix this issue?

Hello Mobaet
Error 0008 indicates an internal communication problem between the two microcontrollers.
Some months ago i had a similar case when this error was shown after device unload.
The problem was solved by disconnecting the module from the KNX TP bus, and then connecting it to a PC through its USB port. After PC recognized the USB storage, we simply disconnected the module from the PC, re-attached it to the KNX Bus, and we were able to download application to it.
Hope this helps in your case, too.

Hello,
Thank you for your answer.
Actually, I did that but it did not work at all. I have attempted to update the firmware but it did not work because no firmware button is possible to reach. When connect to a PC, it is recognized by the PC as storage so it is a good sign.

Hello
Yes correct, to be able to do firmware update You need to activate update button in ETS and download application. But from your picture I could see that Your device is having latest firmware version 26.1.

Dear Mr. Dölger,
I have the same problem: I can assign the physical address to the device (Multitouch MTN6215-5910), but cannt program it. When connecting to a PC "USB DEVICE MSC MODE" is shown on the Multitouch, but the PC dont recognize the USB storage on the Multitouch. Different multitouches are displayed in ETS 6: System M, System Design with different Version number (1.1 and 1.4). Unfortunately, the label on the back of the device does not provide any information about whether it is "M" or "Design" or which version number. There is only the number "3220 0D" What can I do? The device may be defective?

Dear C.Molk
As you mention MTN6215-5910, this is Multitouch Pro System Design (System-M device has product number MTN6215-0310).
You need to select the ETS application depending on the firmware on the device, firmware version is shortly shown when powering the device.
The number on the backside is the date code and version. Your device is from February 2023 and due to that most probably has firmware 30.7. For this firmware you should select application for System Design version 1.4.
If you still are not able to download ETS application I would need to know what error message ETS is throwing. That would give more hint why the download is failing.
