Good morning,
I'm looking for a resource that can tell me exactly what each of the blocks in the Micom PSL logic do. I've read the manual for the relay and used the help file but the descriptions in these areas are so vague it leaves me with more questions than answers.
On this occasion in particular, I would like to know what the `output signal` does. There is one in a logic diagram with the description of `Protection Trip` and a DDB of 768. This is on a Micom P642.
It seems strange that a `Protection trip` is called when the protection has only started, not tripped. There are other instances of this same configuration example where alarm switches on a transformer are mapped to another `Protection Trip`, but the switches are only alarms, not trips.
Any help to decypher this would be much appreciated. I would prefer to be shown where to find this information rather than just be told what the answer is. Thanks for any help that can be provided.

Solved.
We didn't have the "Technical Manual" available for our particular product. Now that we do, the information is available.
