Lon download mistake

Hello:)

Can u help me with 1 problem, please?

I have xenta 711 with lonwork(3 xenta401). I cant "Initialization and download" Lon and controllers. I have "unknown mistake" after trying to "Initialization and download". So interesting I can use Xbuilder, "generate" and "download" xenta 711.
