Lock Output Retrigger on Valid Scan
I have a question in regards to Security Expert. We have a door that has high volume use. When one person scans the door the lock output is fired for 20 seconds, when said person gets to the door its about 10-15 seconds after the scan, while said person is walking to the door another person scans the reader for the door, this should retrigger the strike time and set the door to stay open for another 20 seconds but it does not. Is there a setting that we are missing somewhere. Based off our old continuum set up, this used to work without issue if we had a steady flow of people coming in scanning the door would remain unlocked for access.
