Is the a block in the ecostruxure control expert base library that is switching/ transfer block?

I'm trying to switch between two real values based on a Boolean. 0 = Var1 (Real) and 1 = Var2 (Real). In many DCS platforms there is a block that allows you to do this and then you can have some adjustable filter time between the two values. If there is some block in Ecostruxure that can accomplish this I would love to use it.

SEL selects either of two inputs based on 0 or 1 status of a bool.  Like an IF statement.  Any signal conditioning would have to be done before the select input.
