How to decrease AS-P to use Memory.

We have an AS-P that the memory usage fluctuates between 78% and 81% and once it reaches 80% it doesn't allow me to do anything else.  I already removed graphic pages, trends and changed the polling intervals with no luck. What else could be causing the AS-P to use a lot of memory? How can I stop the AS-P to use a lot of memory resources or see what is causing the excess memory to be used?

Hard to say without knowing what the device is doing...

What type of network does it have, BACnet, modbus, LON etc. Lot of connected devices?
Handling EWS? Many trendlogs?
