Homt quad breakers outside tie bar

Hi, I have some homt230230 quad breakers where the outside arms plastic tie bar for the common trip has broken. It’s a plastic piece that ties the outside arms together. Can I buy replacement tie bars? Also without the tie bar on there will the breaker still trip both outside arms if either trips?
