GET smart lighting issue

Hello, after some guidance if possible...one set of my downlights attached to my GET smart wireless system has failed, over the past few weeks, we had trouble switching this one set of lights off , and eventually i was unable to turn this set on, all other down lights in the room work, could anyone advise/point me in the direction with regards to what the issue is.....many thanks

There is no forum in the Schneider Electric Community for the GET Smart Wireless Lighting system.
