Hello,
How can i test the functionality of Surge Counter (Excount-C) (1HSA448000-A)?
They where installed in our sub station in 2018 and since then the counter has stack at 20 as pre-installed, Kindly guide on how to test the functionality out of the circuit I will be very happy for guides and if possible change the counter with the latest counter.
