Flow Balancing on MNL controller

What software can I use to do Flow Balancing on MNL controller? I try using Workplace Tech 5.2 with Echelon USB 10 but cannot detect the MNL controller.

Generally we use the MNL Flow Balance software. Please see the following Knowledge Base articles that refer to issues using the Echelon U10 USB LON adaptor.

Thanks for the sharing articles. I have done the steps but still facing the same issue. Maybe because I'm using Workplace Tech 5.2 version.

For the  MNL Flow Balance software, where can I find the software? Is it a license software?
