Failed to create ILiveData. ACDataServices has an error

We have an issue with our Continuum application (Version 2.03.0.20180719) When you click on the graphics the error above appears, we were told it is a firewall related issue but the firewall is now off and still the error is there.

Can anyone point me to possible fixes, the machine is windows 10 and using SQL 2012

You appear to be an end user, probably best that you to contact whoever installed or whoever maintains the Continuum system. If you're not sure who that is you can contact your local Schneider Electric office or EcoXpert and arrange for a service call.

I recently ran into this as well.

Rerun the installation.

I found that the prerequisite 'Visual C++ 2005 redistributable' needed to be reinstalled.

System worked afterwards.
