I can't tell very much from a screen shot. But as a first step you should run the SBO Reports Agent Configuration Tool from the community.
If you don't have access to this then you should contact your local Schneider Electric team to request the correct access to the Community.

It looks like a strange path, I'd expect to see backslash (\) characters in the path. It seems like it might be something strange due to Operating System language.
It may also be permissions are you installing as an Administrator?
I suggest that you contact your local Schneider Electric Support organization to get assistance.

I don't see any images!
However please start by letting us know how you have configured the system:
Are the ES and reports server on different computers or the same?
Did you run the reports preparation tool before installing reports?
What are the Operating systems and SQL versions?
I don't see that you have access to our forums, are you a Schneider Electric Partner? If you aren't then you should contact your local Schneider Electric technical support organization.

Since you once again have refused to answer the question about you being a Schneider Electric Partner or an end user, I can only assume that you are not a a Schneider Electric Partner. You should contact your local Schneider Electric technical support organization for further assistance.

The report was installed while connecting the Internet LAN line and entering a static IP.
Question Are the reports and Internet static IPs related?
