EVlink web service cant login

Hi,

We have a EVP2PE2222R charger and I cant login to the web interface.

We performed a factory reset.

If I enter the wrong password, I get a message: "The username or password you entered is invalid."

If I enter the correct password, I don't get any messages, but instead of logging in, the login page comes back again.

What can i do to access the charger?

I found the solution to this, it doesnt like modern Operating systems on the older firmware, youll need an older machine (I used vista) and that works then you can install v3.4 onto it then upgrade to the latest, just be aware that after the latest update youll need to enter https instead of just http when you enter the evse IP into your browser, I just spent like 6 hours working all this out
