I know this post is older, but I was able to move it from the APC community into the EcoStruxure IT community and wanted to comment. I am not familiar with that issue within the community, but if it was preventing the server from booting there were a few options you could take.
- Backup/Restore onto a new DCE VM running the same version. (if MAC address changes you will need to contact support)
- Contact technical support for guidance on the issue and seeing if anything else can be done.
If you were already able to resolve the issue, an update on what was done to resolve the issue may help if anyone else runs into the same issue as you.
