this is my first time posting a question with this forum so sorry if this is in the incorrect location
I have a Netbotz 750 on the below version and i want to upgrade to the latest version of firmware
Current version - 5.3.4.52
Latest version - 5.3.5
My concern here is that myself and a colleague have both tired to upload the latest version of the firmware via the URL but on the upload bar it doesn't move at all and evently comes up saying lost communication and wont upload the firmware
the firmware i have download is as follows NBRK075x_Build_5.3.5.434.sedp
I am looking to assistance to see why this is happening and if you have another method to do the upgrade ?

Hello @Scotsman,
I understand that this post is older, but I wanted to comment on it with a step that can be taken before needing to contact technical support.
From my experience sometimes there are, Proxy/VPN, network, or firewall issues that prevent the uploading of firmware to the NetBotz appliance and if possible you can try a local connection to the NetBotz to upgrade the firmware. If you still experience the issue after trying a local connection, technical support would be the next step so they can help gather log files and determine what is occurring on the appliance.
Kind Regards,
Cory
