I am trying to get energy data from Conzerv EM1200 energy meter to MOXA MGate 3180(RTU to Ethernet) over RS-485.
Checked the Baud Rate, Parity, Stop Bit, Salve ID on both the devices. Comm. setting is correct.
Wiring is also correct. check the PIN connection as well.

Is there any other setting required in the energy meter for it to communicate?
What could be possible solution?
