Control fault sepam 80

A permanent alarm on the animated UMI of SEPAM 80. Closing command not responding. Always display either trip circuit or control faults

Unfortunately many things can be the cause of this issue.

You will have to provide more information.

Setting file would be the first thing to be checked.

BR,

Thank you so much. The closing command does not respond but the opening command is responding. The breaker portion of the single diagram on the UMI screen has an alarm on it. I have copied the same settings on the working SEPAM of one of the feeders on this one but it is still not working.

For me it sounds like the wiring is the problem.

"control fault" happens when command is issued but it is not executed and state of the CB is not changed.

Pictures you attached shows that there is no information about the status (open or/and close) of the CB.

Check if wiring is ok. Does Sepam receive DI1 and DI2 for CB close/CB open.

You can test output of the Sepam using relay test page ("Testing outputs..." option). If it does not work then wires are the problem.

Thank you. The problem is solved.

Sepam did not receive D|101 and D|102 for CB close/CB open.
