ClearSCADA servers' synchronization
We are going to put our ClearSCASA changes on the Client server. The client has two servers as primary and standby in hot-standby pair configuration. To mitigate any risks, does anyone have experience with implementing changes into the client server. I appreciate you if you could help me with answering below questions.
If we modify the Primary Server config, does it automatically update the Standby?
How could we stop synchronization between servers?
The idea is putting the changes in primary server while the standby is not synchronized. In this case the standby would be a trustful backup. After successful implementation and happy with outcome we could turn on the synchronization to update the standby. In any faulty cases, we can restore the project from standby server and push back it to primary.
