where I can get Workstation 3.3 exe file, because 4.0 is not supported by my project...

To expand on the answer from @MikaelKrantz; EBO 3.3L was released specifically to provide some CRS features required for the Hotels market and at the time of release it was noted that it would be unsupported following the release of EBO 2022. If those specific features are not needed EBO 3.2.x should be used.

EBO 3.3L has not any hotfixes released since it was under limited support, whilst EBO 3.2 has many consolidated hotfixes available.

EBO Version 3.3 has reach is End of Full support. You may think of upgrade to version 4, or 2022.
