About Active Harmonic Filter - EasyLogic APF, It only have 1 input CT from incoming, it does not have a CT to monitor reactive power from the capacitor. How can this filter monitor and control the reactive power from the capacitor?

Yes, as you mentioned we have only one CT input terminal.
But you can use additional CT to monitor the reactive power from the capacitor.
Here below attached how the CT's need to be installed, when we have Capacitor bank. This is similar to the way that we follow in PowrLogic PCS+(Where the AccuSine has 2-input terminal) . But the recommendation is to have Terminal block so that you can route all the CT connections properly and then from the Terminal block you can take the CT connection to the unit.
