Hello, everyone. We've got two SmartUPS 2000 and two SmartUPS SRT 8000 devices in our IDF rooms on several floors of the office. Since there are no servers in the IDF rooms, only network equipment, I need to find a way to utilize the remote management features of the NMCs that we've installed or that came preinstalled on those units. My company won't spend the money for the Struxure Ware azarchat DCE software and the Power Chute Business Edition is only applicable for devices that are connected via serial cable to an actual server or PC with the Power Chute agent installed on it. I've looked everywhere I can think of and have not been able to find a solution, so I'm hoping someone out there may have a suggestion that would help? Thanks in advance for any assistance anyone can provide.
Thanks

Hi
Normally PowerChute is used to gracefully shutdown your servers/PCs, if you need to monitor the Smart UPS you can easily register and use the online EcoStruxure IT function to monitor
From this link you will find the instruction to connect
Smart-UPS™ - For Business (apc.com)
