Process Expert 2023 error drag and drop template instance in page

I get this error when  drag and drop template instance in newly created page in Plant SCADA

in supervision project , find attached photo

Hi @OsamaSalih,

I've not seen that error before, but it looks like there is a problem within the EcoStruxure Process Expert and the graphics builder automation (the Citect graphics).

I'd recommend opening a support ticket with Schneider Electric, who support the Process Expert product. Also check if there are any patches or updates available for Process Expert and apply those if available.

It was a faulty software installation problem.

I reinstalled the whole software again , and it is working just fine now
