Hi guys,
I'm a bit new to Plant Scada so might be something silly that I missed.
I'm trying to set up tags from a micrologix 1400, they are O:0.4 , F8:10. THey are still displaying 0 with a good quality on run time.
Any insight? Pretty sure plc is online and tags is reading value because I checked it with another Scada software.
Thanks

Hi @ryanhuynh,
I assume you are using the Plant SCADA driver ABMLXEIP?
I'd suggest enabling logging for the driver, by setting the following Citect.ini parameters:
[ABMLXEIP]
DebugLevel=ALL
DebugCategory=ALL
The events generated by the ABMLXEIP driver are logged in the following Plant SCADA syslog file:
syslog.IOServer.<Cluster name>.<IO Server name>.dat
This file is located in the directory specified by the Citect.ini parameter [CtEdit]Logs. By default, this location will be:
%PROGRAMDATA%\AVEVA Plant SCADA <VersionNumber>\Logs
The size of the syslog file and its rollover process is configured via the [Debug]SysLogSize and [Debug]SysLogArchive INI parameters
Look for the Channel (Port) and Unit (IODevice) coming online. Are there any errors in the log?
Let us know how you go.
Kind regards
Olivier

Thanks Oliver,
My case, I needed to restart the IO server to initiate the connection.
