Dear All,
We are using Ecostruxure Power Operation 2024 Cumulative Update 2, with Plant SCADA Anywhere 2023 on Windows Server 2022.
We have configured Remote Desktop user access and firewall port 8080 at firewall inbound. We are able to access Anywhere using Microsoft Edge or Chrome browser to display any Graphic Pages, but we are not able to display Process Analyst. Process Analyst seems to be hidden when we try to view from Anywhere, or somehow it cannot be displayed through web. We have tried to use IE mode on Microsoft Edge and enable ActiveX controls and plug-ins, but still cannot display Process Analyst.
Has anyone got the same experience ? or solution for this?
Thanks,
Harry

Hi @Harrybp
This is a forum that focuses on Plant SCADA, it might be good to also post your question on the Ecostruxure Power Operation forum, in case other users have experienced this issue.
To my understanding, Access Anywhere is just RDP hosted in HTML5 browser. So as long as your Access Anywhere Client session is displaying normal pages correctly, it isn't anything to do with Access Anywhere itself.
It is likely an issue on the Server (which hosts Access Anywhere and the SCADA client runtime sessions), not able to load or display the Process Analyst activeX control.
I'd recommend reaching out to Schneider Electric or AVEVA technical support to troubleshoot this issue further.
Some checks I would do on the Server machine that hosts Access Anywhere, is to launch Power Operations runtime (client) to see if the problem is still there for a "thick client" - e.g. not using Access Anywhere.
Check that the Process Analyst ActiveX control is registered on the Server. It might be required to manually register it using command line.
Can you open a page (in graphics builder) and see the Process Analyst content in the page?
Kind regards
Olivier
