Situational Awareness - Alarms not showing up in alarms page

Hello,

I working on a situational awareness project on Plant SCADA 2023 R2 U12 and I am having issues with my alarms page.

FIrst of all, only some alarms appear on my alarms page - I am unsure of the reason, as two alarms with seemingly the same configuration will have one appear and the other not.

Then, the alarms that do appear on the list are not grouped by equipment, so the alarm count only appears for clusters, not for equipments. 

However, adding an equipment manually to an alarm that does appear in the list and does not yet have an equipment causes this particular alarm tag to function properly - appearing in all levels of the equipment name.

Additional information: I noticed that the alarms that do function are all configured as advanced alarms. Time-stamped digitals are the ones that have the issue.
