How to fix CTapi is offline?

Hi every one. I'm using AVEVA Plant Scada (Citect 8.3) for upgrade Citect 7.0 to my customer. Every thing work fine. (Except slower graphic responding) for a few month. Now I have got some comment from my customer that. "We cannot use a Process analysis anymore". and they send me a picture of error (In attachment). The error was "The search failed with the following error : The CTapi connection is offline." How I fix it? Thankfully.
