'FAIL' issue in Citect Scada runtime

Whenever i start the runtime of Plant Aveva Scada, The 'FAIL' error pop-ups.

What is the solution for this issue?

Hi @MrBong,

I've not seen that error or popup message before. Is this something defined in your project? What version of Citect SCADA are you using?

You could see if there are any messages logged to the syslog.dat on the machine to help find the root cause.

I'd recommend reaching out to AVEVA Support and get assistance from them to troubleshoot this further.

Just another point to add, if this popup is generated from within the project, you should be able to search for "fail" and find the Cicode that creates the popup. If this is a system generated popup, then the syslog.dat is your best option to find more information.
