Hi @ARULTHANGARAJ,
Your question is quite broad, is there anything in particular or specifically that you are trying to achieve?
Within Plant SCADA, the development environment, known as Plant SCADA Studio allows you to configure your project. Within the project, you do not need to define Client nodes. This is handled automatically, since clients connect to Servers. You only need to define your Server(s). It is done within the "Topology" activity. The online help is good and explaining the necessary steps. See the help topic "Topology".
I also just noticed you tagged this post with "Plant SCADA Anywhere". Are you trying to setup a Plant SCADA Anywhere system? If so, check out to quick start guide that comes with the Anywhere installer.
