Aveva Plant SCADA 2023 Real Time Trend view not working for Primary Trend Server.

Hi all,

I have this issue with Trend display. When The client is connected to Primary Trend server, In Trend display trend curves not updating(Trend is showing but not refreshed by time. This issue is only with Primary Trend server. If I close standby Trend server also the trend will start working. 

Stand By server is working fine in all conditions.

I hope you were able to get to the bottom of this issue.

I recommend reaching out to Technical Support to help resolve this issue.

If I were looking to see what the cause of the issue was, I would look at the syslog.dat on the Trend Server where the issue is, see if any log messages can be found there.

Also make sure citect.ini files are setup correctly.
