5 year old Back-UPS ES 700, Power On flashes Red continuously, and when enabled there is a constant tone, however battery disconnected is 13.05V and when connected and mains power connected goes up to 13.54V. Powerchute says Battery disconnected. Remaining Battery Charge - Unknown, Battery is currently - Unknown

So now unsure do I have a dud battery, or is the UPS faulty, as I dont want to buy a new battery and then find it is the unit which is faulty
