Hello
We have a number of smart ups 1400 rm using power chute 5.2.2. These ups are in remote sites and access is difficult. I need a way to tell it they are using a 110v or 220v input source remotely. I do not have the ability for an onsite inspection.

Your options for remote management would be a network management card (AP9617,-8,-9), remote access to the servers (RDP, LogMein, VNC, etc. - these are not APC provided services), or upgrade the PowerChute Plus software to Business Edition Deluxe, which will allow for remote access to a main "PowerChute Server" which will in turn give you access to the agents that it manages.
