server doesnt power off and i cant change percentage

hi

i've a (usbterm output):

Name: Back-UPS RS 900G FW:879.L4 .I USB FW:L4

Serial #: 3B1345X22334

the server doesnt shut down when the battery is exhausted

i tried to change percentage of battery management, and i cant, it simply return to 5%, no advice/alert of any type

i tried to reset/change/restart, nothing changes

i tried to install power chute business edition, i downloaded 9.5 versione, completely different from which i used in the past, is not a software but an agent, i have to access through browser and it cant see my ups

i tried to modify permissions in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Power\User\PowerSchemes, nothing changes

i tried using powercfg.exe, but i'm not sure what i've to do

any help?

Hi,

PowerChute Business Edition is not compatible with a Back-UPS. If you would like to run PowerChute you will need to install PowerChute Personal Edition. 

If you want to use the native power option please review Schneider Electric FAQs  FA159653 and FA159743

PowerChute Personal Edition runs on windows server?

Hi,

PowerChute Personal Edition is not officially supported on Windows Server however it should run. Another option you have is to install APCUPSD. APCUPSD is a third party application.
