pcssconfig.ini access denied
I dont know too much about all that, but i disabled the service and the file wont open. I want to change my password but I cannot open the file, it says im not authorized to open the file.
(I have an APC UPS 1050V, dont know if that'll help)

You need admin rights to edit pcssconfig.ini. Just search for 'Notepad' application in Start Menu. Right-click it and from the context menu select 'Run as administrator'. From within Notepad browse to and open pcssconfig.ini file. To make the file show up in File Explorer, in the bottom-right change dropdown selection from 'Text Documents (*.txt)' to 'All Files (*.*)'.
