mge ups Pulsar ESV8+ automatically shut downafter 100 minutes

hi every one i just purchased used mge ups Pulsar ESV8+ i attached large batteries on the ups to increase the backup but unfortunately ups shutdown after 100 minutes automatically if i manually again on the ups it works again for next 100 minutes then shutdown again. i insatlled mge software and looked at the problem i found tthat there is a time limit in the software to set that how long ups will run on batteries i found max is 65536 seconds i set the values to the maximun but agian ups shutdown after 100mins i reduced the values to 20 minutes it works ups shutdown after 20 minutes but when i set the values to the 3 or 4 hours but unfortunately values does not work i am surprised why low values like 5 sec 60 sec 30 min are working but large values like 2 hours 3 hours are not working . i reduced the load to min to check if this not the problem of batteries i replaced the batteries but no use fault is in ups it does not run more than one hour 20min . any one have any idea. thanks.
