looking for a model which is the switching noise level below 5db

in our EMI lab UPS power line switching noise @ 19.2 KHz is leaking up to 107 dBuV refer below graph, hence we are not able to conduct the CE measurement ,  We required the leakage of switching noise level  5dB  below the pink  line (Approx 85 to 90).pls suggest suitable model or aditional options to resolve my issue

I informally asked an EMI engineer about your question.

He told me that most of our UPSes are designed for data center environments and then meet class A rather than class B. The class A limits are higher.

Further, he thinks the noise is coming from the UPS' PFC or power supply. Since it's differential, you could add inductance to the line or a 10 uF line to line capacitor.
