back-UPS 600 flashing green then long beep
Hi everyone so i just picked up a used back-UPS 600 unit which i set up and let run for a day and had no issue. i then tried running 2 computers off of it simultaneously which caused the system to beep even though it was still connected to AC power and shouldn't have been using the battery. i ended up just turning off the ups and plugging one of the computers into its own outlet and the UPS ran fine with only 1 computer. the next day i switched around the plugs again and got a weird issue where i would hit the power button to turn it back on. the button would blink green for about 10 seconds and begin to supply power to my devices then it would shut back down and stop supplying power while emitting a continuous beep that only stopped when i held down the power button again. not sure what the issue is because the ups does still supply power for a few seconds before shutting off regardless of AC power or not. when i plug it into my pc to run tests it tells me that the UPS is experiencing an overload even when there isn't anything plugged into the power ports.
