I have a RS 800 that is switching to battery every one second during 30 minutes once a day or two. This behaviour occurs each 4-5 months without any reason.

These values are wrong because current voltage in the house is 230 V, not 206 V. During battery switches, voltage is 188 V.
How can you also explain the values in voltage upper limit? They are below nominal voltage.
