Wrong voltage and Battery switch with Back-UPS RS 800

This was originally posted on APC forums on 7/20/2015

I have a RS 800 that is switching to battery every one second during 30 minutes once a day or two. This behaviour occurs each 4-5 months without any reason.

Model: Back-UPS BR 800
Serial number: NB0739001494
Firmware: 9.o4.D
Software: PowerChute Personal Edition 3.0.2
Last auto-test: 19/07/2015
Auto-test result: Success

Voltage panel of PowerChute software displays this information:

These values are wrong because current voltage in the house is 230 V, not 206 V. During battery switches, voltage is 188 V.

How can you also explain the values in voltage upper limit? They are below nominal voltage.
